The Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) said its department for nationalization signed last Sunday a memorandum of cooperation with 2P Perfect Presentation to employ 500 Saudi men and women in IT field in the company’s branches located across the Kingdom. The signing ceremony was signed by the General Supervisor for Nationalization Eng. Ghazi al-Shahrani and CEO of 2P Eng. Thamer al-Qurashi. According to the agreement, the two entities will define occupations and jobs that can replace expat workers with Saudi nationals in each region of the Kingdom as well as offering support and training programs in a bid to upskill Saudi employees. They agreed on the timetable of the agreement, follow-up mechanism and how to assess impact and sustainability of employment, in addition to exploring ways to overcome challenges.
