Service Description


This is the third and final phase of the separation of labor disputes between the worker and the employer, where the case is referred to one of the departments of the commissions after hearing the parties to review the provision that was issued in order to update or approved.

The worker should not be classified within the framework of domestic employment, and the number prosecutor or defendants shouldn't exceed nine.
The complainant submits a complaint to the Commission (Amicable Settlement Department) according to the city where the last working day was.
The complainant submits a complaint to the Commission (Amicable Settlement Department) 12 months prior to the subject of the complaint.
The appellant should appeal before 30 days from the received date of the initial judgment or from the date of the decision.

Required Documents

1-The applicant must have valid personal ID in order to identify himself (national ID, residence, passport).
2-The claimant should have proof of the employment relationship (through a contract valid for the disputed stage, for example).
3-General knowledge of defendant's information (defendant's name, full address and contact informations) in order to facilitate reporting.
4-Any other documents that proves his rights.
