This is the third and final phase of the separation of labor disputes between the worker and the employer, where the case is referred to one of the departments of the commissions after hearing the parties to review the provision that was issued in order to update or approved.

1-The applicant must have valid personal ID in order to identify himself (national ID, residence, passport).
2-The claimant should have proof of the employment relationship (through a contract valid for the disputed stage, for example).
3-General knowledge of defendant's information (defendant's name, full address and contact informations) in order to facilitate reporting.
4-Any other documents that proves his rights.
1-Additional documents and evidence must be submitted before the date of the session to be attached to the file.
2-The parties should attend the meetings held.
3-A judgment is issued for the case.
4-The parties should receive the final judgment from the Commission after issuing it.
