The Ministry of Labor and Social Development said on Wednesday a number of training and rehabilitation programs will be provided to prepare Saudi nationals in certain sectors in the al-Bahah region starting from Sha’aban 1439 A.H.

Meanwhile, the ministry and its affiliated entities plan to offer e-training programs via the ‘Doroob’ platform along with technical support and incentives to those who want to set up independent businesses.

Additionally, they are keen to conduct career fairs that meet the needs of employers and job seekers through the national labor gateway (NLG), provide inspection support, monitor nationalization decisions in cooperation with the committees for implementing the ‘target nationalization’ program and offer the ‘Qurrah’ children hospitality program and the ‘Wusool’ transportation program for the working woman.

Minister of Labor and Social Development Dr. Ali bin Nasser al-Ghafis signed a memorandum of understanding to launch the ‘target nationalization’ program in the region in order to increase participation of Saudi nationals in the labor market.

The MoU aims to increase the contribution of the national cadres to the labor market, nationalize job opportunities in the private sector, provide decent work for its people and offer quality solutions that enhance productive and sustainable nationalization programs in the region.
