MLSD organizes workshop in bid to develop executive law of protection from abuse

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development said Sunday the General Administration for Social Protection organized a workshop under the title of ‘Developing the Executive Law of Protection from Abuse’. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Public Persecution, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Saudi Human Rights Commission and other entities. Meanwhile, the participants discussed how to develop the Executive Law of Protection from Abuse which is in accordance with its Article 7 instructing the concerned ones to revise and assess the application of the law every two years from the date of its issuance.
