Ministry of Labor and Social Development organizes "Future Inspection" workshop

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development, represented by the inspection agency and the development of the work environment, organized a workshop entitled "The Future of Inspection", in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Inspection and Development of the Work Environment, the participation of labor inspectors and sub-support and accreditation in the branches of the Ministry in the regions. The workshop was opened by Undersecretary of the Ministry Mr. Sattam Al-Harbi, in which he stressed the ministry's keenness to develop the inspection and face the difficulties facing the work of the inspectors. He pointed out that the ministry's recent launch of the inspection system (Tamam) will contribute to the support and development of all inspections, Inspection, in addition to strengthening cooperation with employers and enterprises to create a work environment free of violations, noting the importance of the objectives and outputs of this workshop. The workshop sessions included several topics, including the review of the institutional inspection program "Tamam", field and office inspection work, and other inspection work, reviewing procedures and developing its working mechanisms, presenting sub-support experiences in the regions and discussing the draft inspector's platform. The workshop also explained the initiatives of the Inspection Agency and the development of the work environment for all the participants to achieve the goals of the National Transformation Program and the vision of the Kingdom 2030. The workshop also included open discussions for the participants. At the conclusion of the workshop, Undersecretary of the Ministry, Mr. Sattam Al Harbi, honored the main branches of the Ministry in the regions for their success in launching the Enterprise Inspection Program (Tammam). He also honored a number of distinguished inspectors for their excellent results in the field inspection through Tamam program.
