The" MSLD" :Capturing of 2187 violations of the Telecommunication Nationalization Decision in the Regions and 1981 Violations Referred to the Penalties Committee

" The MLSD stated that the inspection campaigns, tasked by following up the decision of nationalization of the two jobs of the mobile phones sales and maintenance and restricting work in these two jobs to the Saudis(males and females) only with a ratio of 100%, managed to capture2187 violations in all the K.S.A regions . 1981 of those violations have been referred to the penalties committee, warning 206establishments since the beginning othe second phase of the telecommunication nationalization on the first of the last month Dul-Hejjah untill the 5th of the current month of Rajab. The Ministry has emphasized that the field visits will continue to the telecommunication shops in cooperation with : the Ministry of interior ,the Ministry of Commerce and Investment , the Municipal and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of telecommunication and Information technology in order to verify that the nationalization is implemented , and to tighten the grip on the commercial misprision practices. In the statistical reports of the inspection campaigns the Eastern Region has come first regarding the number of the adhereing establishments with a number of 3226 committing establishments, followed by Riyadh region with 2086 adhering establishment whereas the Norhten borders Region has tailed the menue by coming last with only 170 s adhering establishments.
