Service Description

Description

E-Service that enables people with a registered disability, and have an updated disability evaluation to apply for enrolment in a private day care facility. Based on the acceptance criteria

People with classified medium, double or multiple mental disabilities
People with IQ less than or equal to 50
IQ must be 50 or less
User must be classified with medium, double or multiple mental disabilities
User must not have contagious or chronic diseases
User must not have psychological or behavioral issues that would put them or the people around them in danger
User must be between the ages of 2 and 45
User must be enrolled in the Ministry’s Care system
Disability evaluation must be up to date
User must not have any disabilities that prohibit the enrollment in private day care centers
User must not be currently enrolled in one of the following (social rehabilitation, professional rehabilitation, senior home, orphans home, girl’s home, Juvenile detention)
User must not be enrolled in public day care center
User must not be enrolled in a ministry of education program
Application must be submitted during admission period

Service Steps

  1. Beneficiary chooses the service from the list of available services
    • In case IQ is greater than 50, a referral document to the ministry of education is available for printing or receiving via email register on the user’s profile. Then the service ends with the user rating the service.
    • In case IQ is less than or equal to 50, the enrolment service can be continued.
  2. User fills in the application and submits the request.
  3. After admission period has ended (one month after admission starts), the user will be notified by SMS to login to the portal and print the enrolment certificate
  4. After the admissions period has ended, the user will automatically be redirected to the enrolment certificate that has been issued to be printed or sent via email to the registered email address of the user. Service ends by submitting a rating for the service.
  5. The certificate can be re-printed at any time in case it has been lost from the “My orders” tab.
