Fiscal Balance Program aims to monitor and foresee the financial performance to maximize oil and non-oil revenues, raise the efficiency of government spending and manage the related risks, while maintaining appropriate financial reserves and sustainable high ability to borrow from the domestic and international markets in accordance with mid-term Public Debt Strategy to achieve financial sustainability.
